The kitchen is finally finished. It took a lot longer than expected due to various dramas in our contractor’s life, but it is finished. Have a look.
Inside wall. Toaster oven will go below the microwave, knife blocks
between it and stove, cutting boards between it and fridge
Coffee maker will be on the end of the counter, the rest of this counter
will remain (mostly) empty. Except for dirty dishes, of course
The overall picture shows the new kitchenette light fixture.
We still need to center it on the table
Living room and foyer lights. I was only so-so on them when selected,
but it turns out I like them very much in situ
And the dining room chandelier. It, too, needs to be centered over the table.
Once we figure out where “center” is, Ken will install a white ceiling hook
and we’ll loop the chain over
